Description

The Rossi 92 Carbines are LIGHT, QUICK,  and  ACCURATE!

We have a Barrel Mounted Peep and a Weaver/Picatinny Rail for the 92.

The Rossi Rail is our #1 selling rail we make, the Barrel Mounted Peep is also one of our top selling sights.

Barrel Mount Peep

For a GREAT sight picture with the Rossi 92, try one of our BARREL MOUNT
sights.  The Barrel Mount replaces the factory rear sight and "Usually" works with the factory front sight.  Minimal fitting required.

Shipped with a Skinner LARGE APERTURE, (.125") the BARREL MOUNT can accept any of our 5 APERTURES.

Rossi Dovetails are "generally" about .015" larger than the standard 3/8" American DT.

SKINNER SIGHTS has responded to this need by making oversized Dovetails
for the ROSSI shooters.  (.390") Because of variables beyond our control, we make these sights on the "large" side so you can fit it perfectly to your rifle.
Fully Windage and Elevation Adjustable.

For QUICK and ACCURATE shooting, take the aperture out and shoot it as a Ghost Ring sight.  Just look through the "ring" and focus the front sight on your target.  Concentrate on Trigger Pull instead of, "where in the notch is my sight?"
These sights are for a dovetail size of .390" +.

Skinners Rossi Rail

We set out to make the least obtrusive, lowest, best fitting rail for the Rossi 92.  Since about 2010, Rossi Round Barrel Model 92's have been drilled and tapped under the rear sight, 4 holes for mounting a scope/red dot rail.  Our rail uses those four holes for mounting.  Screws and wrenches provided.  Available in Black or Silver.

"The quality of the current production Rossi Rifles is excellent.  I replace the factory "Buck Horn" sights with a Skinner Barrel Mount Dovetail Peep Sight.  Just look THROUGH the hole, put all your attention on the factory front sight, focus on the front sight and its alignment on the target.  Your eye will automatically center the front sight in the hole, same as with a receiver mounted peep.   If you haven't tried this setup, don't count it out.  While its always best to get the aperture closer to the eye, when we cant, this is an excellent solution."   Andy
